Let us give you a glimpse on our passion project Stormfarmen - a unique location for off-sites, workations, workshops and to experience special moments with your team.
For more than two decades we have travelled to Klitmøller to surf and hang out. We brought our families, our friends, colleagues and team mates to this special place every year. Maybe we’ve created the first „workation“ without even knowing it and it became our regular team event. Gladly we realised that even the ones not deeply connected to watersports love this place. What could be more obvious than creating Stormfarmen right here?

Cold Hawaii
Klitmøller "Centre of Cold Hawaii" is a classic fishing village on the northwest coast of Denmark and was discovered by surfers in the early 90s.
Since the first Windsurf World Cup, the village has become the official Mecca for water sports enthusiasts from all over Northern Europe as the heart of the Cold Hawaii region. The place has also had an equally stable fan base among ornithologists and nature lovers for many decades and, with one of the most beautiful 18-hole golf courses, it´s still a insider secret between golfers. Tourism has been developed gently, despite booming demand, and so Klitmøller has greatly expanded its offer, but has retained its charm.
In addition to fishing, the village offers sporty, nature loving active tourism and has very good facilities with various restaurants, shopping facilities and sporting activities. Check in to experience the storm and the silence, and connect with people and nature.
After all the video conferencing and remote working it feels good to be together in one room again. But what could be even better? Imagine staying with your team at a cosy house in Denmark surrounded by nature and the North Sea. Sounds pretty ideal, doesn't it?

Plan a weekend with your business partners to focus on strategy or celebrate the latest successful pitch with your team - anything is possible. Our guests have used this place for yoga retreats, business meetings, surf workations and even a bachelor party (... let's talk about that first please ;)).
We are not just offering you another holiday home - but believe in an inspiring total package. There is much or little to experience - just as you wish. Our goal was to create a unique place for you and your team - let's find out if we succeeded.

Get out
into nature
Nature lovers come here for hiking, running, fishing and cycling.
A few toys come with the house, such as tandem bikes, volleyball and soccer. Others can be rented in town including friendly local guides to host your adventures.
No crowds but endless beaches and stunning skies. Golfers can play a few balls on the short course before breakfast, or 18 holes on one of Scandinavia's most beautiful courses.
Many other tourist offers such as horse riding, go-karting and more will keep you busy and excited if you like.
The water is where the energy comes from in Cold Hawaii. Pro or beginner will find their perfect playgrounds and the right local schools and tools to get into windsurfing, surfing, SUP, wingfoiling, wakeboarding or sea kayak.

Enjoyers light up the fire in the sauna to see the clouds passing by. The outdoor shower can be hot or cold, just as you wish. Showering at sunrise is a pretty good way to start the day here.
Total relaxers use the hot tub for a sundowner and watch the night skies. We made sure to place it right under the milky way for you.
Wild animals regularly visit from dusk to dawn.
Fox, roe deer, fallow deer and even red deer come to say hello on the 5 ha nature property that is surrounded by Thy Nationalpark, lake Vandet and the North Sea.
Farmhouse
The farm was built in 1875 and with an annex in 2002, which served as a garage. The farmhouse is a classic Danish stone building in L-shape, which was extensively renovated a few years ago. The owner and local building contractor has created something extraordinary here.
The 311 sqm building is bright and modern on the inside and offers an extraordinary generosity, openness and clarity.
Two large living rooms facing south and west, a large eat-in kitchen with cooking island and a table for up to 16 people form the centre of the house.
3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, plus the "captain's bridge", an extra bed on a gallery in the living room with 140 cm width as an extension to accommodate up to 8+2 people.
Presentation and audio technology and fibre optic internet make working as comfortable as possible.
Surfshack
What was once a garage, we have turned into our “Surfshack” with passion and some clever ideas. Only about 75 square metres in size, it can accommodate up to 6 people.
Surfshack works as a sleeping house when the team is a bit bigger. There 3 x 140 beds in sleeping bays that are a reminiscent of camping in a van or a yacht. Shower and toilets are in 2 small separate rooms and there is also a small kitchen with everything you need. Have fun with our warm outdoor shower with space to dry wetsuits - we are sure that not only surfers will love it.
You can spend an evening with a dozen people in the Shack, or sit and work in peace on the wide cushion in the panorma window. Turn your whole sleeping bay into your office desk in just 1 minute and enjoy many other clever little details that we integrated here. Life is simple in the Surfshack and at least as enjoyable as in the Farmhouse.
We fell in love with Klitmoller, its friendly people and beautiful nature 25 years ago.
It surely is one of the best possible places for an outstanding team experience. Enjoy that very special atmosphere and bring your team, co-workers or friends up north to our unique location by the sea.
